In these days when it is very hard to find trades people, service organisations or sellers who do little more than just talk about professional service, it is extremely gratifying to find someone who delivers the total package. Recently, when I broke my plate, my initial assumption was that I was about to embark on a long drawn out process of dealing with someone who probably wouldn't care, wouldn't listen to what I wanted, would eventually provide something that wouldn't be right and would charge me the earth for the privilege.

I was lucky though. Someone told me about Pryor Dental Labs. From the time I rang you in a panic hoping against hope that you could do something for me quickly and the day I walked out of your premises wearing a new plate that fits like a glove, armed with the necessary accessories, some good advice and a brand new shiny satisfied grin, you guys quietly went about looking after me as if I it was the most important thing to you too.

I'd like to thank you for your professionalism, commitment to doing it right and above all your unpretentious customer service ethic. It would be nice to say that you have restored my faith, but unfortunately all those others are still out there blindly passing off mediocrity and apathy as service. This sad fact makes you guys stand out even further ahead.
